Any policy or guideline established by OSU extension that requires volunteers for 4-H programs to be fingerprinted shall do both of the following:

1. (A) Require only individuals who become volunteers for those programs on or after the effective date of this section to be fingerprinted;
2. (B) Require those individuals to be fingerprinted only one time. OSU extension shall modify any policy or guideline regarding fingerprinting of volunteers for 4-H programs that has been established prior to the effective date of this section to comply with this section.
