Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 3333.049
Not later than July 1, 2016, the chancellor of the Ohio board of regents shall revise the requirements for reading endorsement programs offered by institutions of higher education to align those requirements with the reading competencies adopted by the state board of education under section 3301.077 of the Revised Code.
