The educational program of a college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter shall include at least all of the following:
- (A) A remedial curriculum for students in grades lower than grade nine;
- (B) A college-preparatory curriculum for high school students that, at a minimum, shall comply with sections 3313.603 and 3313.6027 of the Revised Code as that section applies to school districts;
- (C) Extracurricular activities, including athletic and cultural activities;
- (D) College admission counseling;
- (E) Health and mental health services;
- (F) Tutoring services;
- (G) Community services opportunities;
- (H) A residential student life program.
