As used in sections 3326.31 to 3326.50 of the Revised Code:

1. (A) "Formula amount" has the same meaning as in section 3317.02 of the Revised Code.
2. (B) "IEP" means an individualized education program as defined in section 3323.01 of the Revised Code.
3. (C) "Resident district" means the school district in which a student is entitled to attend school under section 3313.64 or 3313.65 of the Revised Code.
