(B) A student who is eligible under both sections 3310.03 and 3310.032 of the Revised Code and received a scholarship in the previous school year shall continue to receive the scholarship under the section from which the student received the scholarship in the previous school year, so long as:

1. (1) The number of students who apply for a scholarship does not exceed the number of scholarships available under division (A) of section 3310.02 of the Revised Code.
2. (2) A student who receives a scholarship under section 3310.03 of the Revised Code satisfies with the conditions specified in divisions (D)(1) to (3) of that section, and a student who receives a scholarship under section 3310.032 satisfies with the conditions specified in divisions (D)(2) and (3) of section 3310.03 of the Revised Code.
