Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 3119.72 – Noncompliance by party with request for information

(A) If either parent fails to comply with a request for information made pursuant to section 3111.801 or division (C) of section 3119.60 of the Revised Code, the child support enforcement agency may do either of the following:
1. (1) Request the court of appropriate jurisdiction of the county in which the agency is located to issue an order requiring the parent to provide the information as requested;
2. (2) Make any reasonable assumptions necessary with respect to the information the parent did not provide to ensure a fair and equitable review of the child support order or establishment of an administrative order under section 3111.81 of the Revised Code.
(B) If the agency decides to conduct the review of the child support order, or issue an administrative order, based on reasonable assumptions with respect to the information the parent did not provide, it shall proceed under section 3111.81, 3119.61, or 3119.63 of the Revised Code in the same manner as if all requested information has been received.
