Each board of county commissioners may adopt a resolution to establish a county healthier buckeye council. The board may invite any person or entity to become a member of the council, including a public or private agency or group that funds, advocates, or provides care coordination services, provides or promotes private employment or educational services, or otherwise contributes to the well-being of individuals and families.
