(A) Whoever violates section

of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.
(B) Whoever violates section
1331.04
or division (L) of section
1331.16
of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(C) Whoever violates section
1331.15
of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
