The secretary of state shall maintain a database of notaries public on a publicly accessible web site. The web site shall provide all of the following information in relation to each notary public:

1. (A) The status of an individual's authority to perform notarial acts;
2. (B) Whether the notary is authorized to perform online notarizations, as defined in section 147.60 of the Revised Code;
3. (C) A description of any administrative or disciplinary action taken against the notary.
