1. (a) Commissioner means the Commissioner of Agriculture and Markets of the State of New York.
2. (b) Person means individual, partnership, corporation or cooperative association.
3. (c) Vitamin D Milk means milk in which the vitamin D content has been increased in the manner set forth in section 1.4 of this Part.
4. (d) Approved laboratory means a laboratory approved by the commissioner pursuant to section 1.2 of this Part.

As used herein, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
