The board shall on or before the first day of February in each year make an annual report in writing to the governor, the temporary president of the senate, the speaker of the assembly, and the chairs of the senate and assembly standing committees on labor, stating in detail the work it has done in hearing and deciding cases and otherwise. Such reports shall include the number of providers who rendered medical care or treatment under this chapter in the prior calendar year, the completion rate for provider training required by the board pursuant to section one hundred forty-one of this article, and an analysis of the degree to which new providers are successfully complying with this chapter and implementing regulations. * NB Effective January 1, 2028
