N.Y. Insurance Law § 3460
* § 3460. Prohibition against cancellation of policy when motor vehicle is used or operated through a peer-to-peer car sharing program. (a) An insurer shall not cancel an existing motor vehicle insurance policy solely on the basis that the motor vehicle covered by the insurance policy has been made available pursuant to a peer-to-peer car sharing program unless otherwise authorized under section three thousand four hundred twenty-five of this article.
