There shall be in the executive department the following divisions:
- 1. The division of the budget.
- 2. The division of military and naval affairs.
- 3. The office of general services.
- 4. The division of state police.
- 5. The division of housing.
- 6. The division of alcoholic beverage control.
- 7. The division of human rights.
- 8. The division of homeland security and emergency services.
- 9. Office of information technology services. The governor may establish, consolidate, or abolish additional divisions and bureaus.
