* § 12-400. Short title. This title shall be known and may be cited as "agreement among the states to elect the president by national popular vote". * NB Effective upon notification by the commissioner of the state board of elections upon the occurence of the adoption of the agreement among the states to elect the president by national popular vote by two or more states. * NB Repealed December 31, 2018 if the states possessing a majority of votes have not enacted this agreement
