logist", "licensed cytotechnologist" and "licensed histotechnologist". No person shall practice as a clinical laboratory technologist, cytotechnologist or histotechnologist, or hold himself or herself out as a clinical laboratory technologist, or a cytotechnologist, or a histotechnologist in this state unless he or she is licensed or exempt pursuant to this article.
