The pledge of employment shall be signed by the initial prospective employer or his authorized representative and shall show his name and place of business, the minor's name, the number of days per week and the number of hours per day and per week during which he will be employed, the hours of the beginning and the ending of work, and the nature and type of the employment. * NB Effective until May 9, 2027 * § 3221.
