N.Y. Alcoholic Beverage Control Law § 108
* § 108. Restrictions upon licensees. No licensee except the holder of a brewer's or distiller's license or a winery license shall keep or permit to be kept or consumed on the licensed premises any alcoholic beverage except the alcoholic beverages which he is permitted to sell under the terms of the license issued to him. * NB Effective until November 6, 2016 * § 108.
