Verified copy of minutes as presumptive evidence of holding meeting and action taken
[Part 1:140:1939; 1931 NCL § 974.30]
The verified copies of the minutes of the meeting, when filed as required by NRS 673.670, shall be presumptive evidence of the holding and action of such meeting.
