1. 1. The Department shall:

   1. (a) Administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter.
   2. (b) Provide for hearings upon request of persons aggrieved by orders or acts of the Department under the provisions of NRS 485.185 to 485.300, inclusive.
2. 2. The Department may adopt regulations necessary for the administration of this chapter.
