Contents of resolution designating area for evaluation

Effective Oct 1, 1985(Added to NRS by 1959, 658; A 1985, 2073)

The resolution designating an area for evaluation must contain the following:

1. A finding that the area requires study to determine if a redevelopment project within that area is feasible.
2. A description of the boundaries of the area designated.
