Authority of employers to enforce health and safety requirements notwithstanding protections for hair texture and protective hairstyles
Effective Oct 1, 2021(Added to NRS by 2021, 1704)
Notwithstanding the protections in this chapter for hair texture and protective hairstyles, an employer may enforce health and safety requirements set forth in federal or state law.
