Adoption of the 2024 Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa, and Hot Tub Code

Effective Aug 1, 2026State of New Mexico
  1. A. This rule adopts by reference the 2024 USPSHTC, as amended by this rule.
  2. B. In this rule, each provision is numbered to correspond with the numbering of the USPSHTC.
  3. C. This rule shall apply in conjunction with the provisions of all applicable New Mexico construction codes, laws and standards.
