2. B. Section 405.0 Prohibited Fixtures. See this section of the UPC except as provided below. Section 405.3 Miscellaneous fixtures. See this section of the UPC and add the following sentence to the end of the section: The authority having jurisdiction reserves the right to require the contractor to install water and drain lines to be used for installation of a flush-type toilet should the chemical-dry toilet fail.
