Segregation of Deposits

Effective Jun 14, 2007State of New Mexico

Each of the following types of deposits shall be separately maintained in the books and records of the depository:

  1. A. special deposits required under New Mexico law;
  2. B. special deposits required under the laws of any state other than New Mexico; and

  3. C. general deposits required under the laws of New Mexico or of any other state.
