N.M. Code R. § 12.2.7.10
Comparison to seller’s future prices: It is an unfair and deceptive practice for a seller to advertise an introductory offer or to compare its current price for a good with the price at which the good will be offered in the future, unless both of the following requirements are met:
B. after the end of the introductory sale, the advertised future price of the good becomes the seller’s regular and customary price.
