Fees

(a) The fee for a cold storage license shall be $350.
(b) All fees paid shall be:
1. (1) Nontransferable; and
2. (2) Nonrefundable.
(c) Any instrument of payment returned to the state shall be processed in accordance with RSA 6:11-a.
