The notice provided pursuant to Rule .2024 of this Section shall include the following:

1. (1) the aggregate amount of securities sold during the offering, expressed as:

   1. (a) numbers of units of securities sold; and
   2. (b) dollars raised by the sale of securities;
2. (2) the identity and residence of each investor;
3. (3) the date on which the funds were released to the issuer or returned to investors; and
4. (4) the date of the termination of the escrow agreement, if already terminated.
