As used in this part, the following definitions apply:
- (1) "Department" means the department of livestock created in Title 2, chapter 15, part 31.
- (2) "Livestock" includes ostriches, rheas, and emus in addition to other livestock.
- (3) "Program" means the livestock crimestoppers program created under 81-6-313.
