(Temporary) Advisory duty of committee

The committee shall advise the department with respect to any contemplated rulemaking. The committee shall meet periodically to review the minimum standards adopted under this part. (Repealed effective July 1, 2026--sec. 6, Ch. 426, L. 2025, sec. 8, Ch. 426, L. 2025.)
