1. (1) A huckster desiring to do business in any county of this state shall, before commencing business, file with the county treasurer of the county, on a form to be provided by the treasurer, an application in writing.

2. (2) The application must set forth:

   1. (a) the name of the applicant;
   2. (b) the applicant's place of permanent residence;
   3. (c) whether the applicant is acting as principal, agent, or employee; and
   4. (d) if acting as agent or employee, the name and place of business of the principal or employer.
3. (3) At the time of filing the application, the huckster shall accompany the application with the sum specified in 7-21-2503 as a license fee.
