- (1) A huckster desiring to do business in any county of this state shall, before commencing business, file with the county treasurer of the county, on a form to be provided by the treasurer, an application in writing.
(2) The application must set forth:
- (a) the name of the applicant;
- (b) the applicant's place of permanent residence;
- (c) whether the applicant is acting as principal, agent, or employee; and
- (d) if acting as agent or employee, the name and place of business of the principal or employer.
- (3) At the time of filing the application, the huckster shall accompany the application with the sum specified in 7-21-2503 as a license fee.
