1. (1) There is a county motor vehicle computer committee.
2. (2) The committee is allocated to the department of justice for administrative purposes only as provided in 2-15-121.

3. (3) The committee consists of:

   1. (a) an employee of the department of justice information technology division, appointed by the attorney general;
   2. (b) two county treasurers, appointed by the Montana county treasurers association; and
   3. (c) two employees of the department of justice, appointed by the attorney general.
