Rules for identification cards -- veteran designation

- (1) The department shall formulate and adopt rules governing the issuance and cancellation of identification cards that comport with the proof of identity, residence, and authorized presence standards for a driver's license issued under Title 61, chapter 5.
- (2) The department shall include the word "veteran" on the face of an identification card if the requirements of 61-5-111(7) are met by the person applying for the identification card.
