Medical examiner state special revenue account

(1) There is an account in the state special revenue fund established by 17-2-102 to be known as the medical examiner account.
(2) Fees for services rendered pursuant to 46-4-103 must be deposited in the account.
(3) Funds in the account may be used only for the operation and administration of state forensic laboratories.
