1. (1) No licensee or officer, director, partner, manager, or employee of a licensee may wear, carry, or display a badge in connection with the activities of the licensee's business.
2. (2) The board is authorized to establish rules regulating uniforms and any emblems, patches, insignias, and devices that may be either worn or displayed on uniforms, vehicles, or equipment.
