. (1) Nothing in this chapter prohibits the furnishing of shuttle or rental services as long as those services do not include in-field assistance to a customer.

1. (2) In-field assistance includes but is not limited to:

   1. (a) setting up a camp;
   2. (b) field instruction for the activity to be conducted by the customer; or
   3. (c) other services considered to be services of an outfitter, as defined in 37-47-101.
