Three levels of social worker licensure are available under this chapter:

1. (1) a licensed baccalaureate social worker, who meets the requirements of 37-22-307;
2. (2) a master's-level social worker, also known as a licensed master's social worker, who meets the requirements of 37-22-308; and
3. (3) a licensed clinical social worker, who meets the requirements of 37-22-301.
