The board may issue a senior psychologist's license to an applicant who:

1. (1) has been licensed to practice psychology in a United States or Canadian jurisdiction for at least 20 years if the license required a doctoral degree;
2. (2) provides documentation demonstrating at least 10 years of clinical experience in the last 15 years prior to filing the application;
3. (3) has not been subject to any disciplinary action during the entire period of licensure;
4. (4) has passed Montana's oral examination; and
5. (5) has submitted an application and paid the fees required in this chapter and in the rules of the board.
