1. (1) The department shall convene a joint meeting once every 2 years of two or more boards that:

   1. (a) have licensees with dual licensure in related professions or occupations;

   2. (b) have licensees licensed by another board in a related profession or with similar scopes of practice, including but not limited to:

      1. (i) health care boards;
      2. (ii) mental health care boards;
      3. (iii) design boards;
      4. (iv) therapeutic boards; or
      5. (v) technical boards; or
   3. (c) have issues of joint concern or related jurisdiction with each other.
2. (2) A quorum is not required for the joint meeting. However, one member from each board shall attend.
3. (3) The department shall report to the interim committee responsible for monitoring boards with regard to attendance and issues of concern addressed by the boards.
