Director -- appointment -- qualifications

- (1) The director must be appointed by the governor and shall hold office at the pleasure of the governor.
- (2) The director must be qualified by training and experience to direct the state lottery, including sports wagering. The director must be a full-time employee and may not own or be employed by a gaming supplier or sales agent.
