1. (1) In accordance with 37-1-123, there is a board of physical, rehabilitative, and developmental health care professionals.

2. (2) The board consists of 12 members:

   1. (a) two athletic trainers;
   2. (b) two occupational therapists;
   3. (c) four physical therapists;
   4. (d) two speech-language pathologists;
   5. (e) one audiologist; and
   6. (f) one public member.
3. (3) The board is allocated to the department as prescribed in 2-15-121.
