1. (1) In accordance with 37-1-123, there is a board of allied health care professionals.

2. (2) The board consists of seven members:

   1. (a) two clinical laboratory scientists;
   2. (b) two radiologic technologists;
   3. (c) two respiratory therapists; and
   4. (d) one public member.
3. (3) The board is allocated to the department as prescribed in 2-15-121.
