- (1) In accordance with 37-1-123, there is a board of behavioral health.
(2) The board consists of 11 members:
- (a) three clinical social workers;
- (b) three professional counselors;
- (c) two addiction counselors;
- (d) one certified behavioral peer support specialist;
- (e) one marriage and family therapist; and
- (f) one public member.
- (3) The board is allocated to the department as provided in 2-15-121.
