- (1) In accordance with 37-1-123, there is a board of radiologic technologists.
(2) The board consists of five members:
- (a) one radiologist;
- (b) one limited permit technician;
- (c) two radiologic technologists; and
- (d) one public member.
- (3) The board is allocated to the department as prescribed in 2-15-121.
