1. (1) The track licensee shall employ the following officials licensed by the Board of Horse Racing, and submit their names and qualifications to the board at least 30 days prior to the event:

   1. (a) four judges;
   2. (b) one chute boss;
   3. (c) one timer; and
   4. (d) one rodeo secretary.
2. (2) Officials shall be qualified to act in such capacity as evidenced by prior experience and training.
