- (1) These rules are adopted by the board to provide explanation and guidance for the Veterans’ Home Loan Program, authorized by the Montana Veterans' Home Loan Act, Title 90, chapter 6, part 6, MCA.
- (2) These rules are further adopted by the board to implement the Montana Housing Trust within the Montana Growth and Opportunity Trust, authorized by 17-1-401 and 90-6-150, MCA. These rules provide explanation and guidance to loan applicants, participating lenders, and servicers.
