- (1) The securities department has adopted the Attorney General's Model Procedural Rules by reference to such rules as stated in ARM 1.3.101 through 1.3.233 with the exceptions enumerated in this chapter.
- (2) The securities department has adopted the Secretary of State's Model Organizational and Procedural Rules by reference to such rules as stated in ARM 1.4.101 through 1.4.109.
