1. (1) The election administrator shall record in a log or in the statewide voter registration system maintained for that purpose the number and source of all ballots received at the processing center including:

   1. (a) the number of ballots received daily from the post office;
   2. (b) the number of ballot packets returned as undeliverable each day;
   3. (c) the number of ballots returned or voted in person each day; and
   4. (d) the number of ballots received from any place of deposit on the day they are transported to the processing center.
