1. (1) As the result of an on-site survey, or current voter registration reports, a polling place shall be designated as:

   1. (a) "accessible"; or
   2. (b) "inaccessible".
2. (2) A polling place that has been surveyed pursuant to this subchapter need not be surveyed again unless the conditions of accessibility change.
