1. (1) A notary public may charge an additional fee in accordance with 1-5-626(2), MCA:

   1. (a) for traveling to perform a notarial act;
   2. (b) for performing a notarial act using an electronic notarization system or communications technology; or
   3. (c) to recover the cost of providing a journal entry or audiovisual recording.
