- (1) An eligible elected official must close a continuing service account within 120 days after leaving public office as defined in ARM 44.11.701. The closing report must be filed on a form to be provided by the commissioner.
- (2) A closing report must disclose the full name and mailing address of each contributor or entity receiving all or any portion of the funds in a continuing service account pursuant to ARM 44.11.702. The closing report must also disclose the date on which the payment was made to each contributor or entity.
